It's in Coral Cove which is a boating neighborhood, with a boat launch just two blocks away. There is also fishing and a private park right down the street.





I do love being directly on the beach, or at least on a canal. But this one is priced great and still gives you the option of renting or bringing your own boat. Plus you are close to all the great shopping Sarasota has to offer.
